Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business functions in own space and intensively with stakeholders to identify information needed, draw out key information and clarify requirements by adopting logical / systematic / sequential approach and questioning

• Frame solutions with the lens of established IT approaches based on business and user needs

• Prepare system documentation, e.g. business requirement document, functional specification, EPIC, user story, system testing plan and user manual, etc.

• Communicate with user about the system solutions/functions and maintain customer relationship, and support end user acceptance testing.

• Communicate with development team about the user requirement and support the system testing.

• Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change.

• Provide business/system training to user and the team member of the project.

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines

• 4+ working years on IT related area, at least 3+ year BA experience

• Good IT skills and well versed in Excel, Visio, data analytics, SQL and PowerPoint.

• Familiar with Database, table, store procedure, batch job and so on, know about the relationship between them. Have the database migration experience should be a plus.

• Learn about JIRA, Confluence, and Agile process.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, planning and management skills

• Excellent team player, able to engage others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

• Experience of internal communication with developers and project manager

• Experience of external communication with business parties and end users will be a plus.
