Job Description

(JD) Experience: At least 4-5 years as business analyst in Customer Data related projects in Banking. Responsibilities: Analyze and develop detailed requirements for the project. Propose the requirements to stakeholders and obtain consensus and refine the requirements as necessary using physical / online team meetings. Orchestrate customer data collection across various systems (respective CIF) to determine feasibility of requirements against the technical and functional capabilities of the group\xe2\x80\x99s customer data (GCIF) Refine requirements not only for GCIF also cover its associated functions such as Data Quality, Data Governance requirements. Oversee UAT and build testing strategy working with the test manager. Review and sign off test results to ensure the system quality is thoroughly reliable prior to deployments of each new or incremental deliveries. Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable) Agile Project execution experience is preferred. Strong understanding of Banking Customer Data structure and knowledge. Exposure to concept of Data Lake and data integration is essential. Understand of data organization and modelling is required Experience in handling Banking Customer Data projects is preferred. Experience in designing and proposing requirements for data related projects is mandatory Experience with writing detailed requirements documents is mandatory.
