# Only local Malaysian can apply on [HIDDEN TEXT] Job Details :- BSc in Computer Science or related field MBA / Business / Economics / Accounting related academic qualifications highly preferred Certificate - 1 elementary certificate (or above) or equivalent experience in business analysis 5 years\' experience in IT or business area, and preferably business analysis or in a business / operational unit in a bank Technical/Functional skills Frameworks & tools - Familiar with programming paradigms and business requirements frameworks (e.g., use cases, stories ). Mastery of how requirements are written in different formats (e.g. stories for agile). Proficient in IT ALM and programming methodologies and modeling tools to achieve them Processes - Proficient in bank\'s business processes in respective domain Business knowledge - Proficient in 1 functional domains of banking knowledge Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) Strong team work and collaborative mindset, required in working effectively in a team/ project-based environment Good stakeholder management skills and experience Effective presentation skills, required in articulating analyses and putting forward proposals, recommendations, etc.
