About the Company:

\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities\xef\xbb\xbf:

• Engage with the Business leaders to gather, analyze and document business requirements with the aim of translating those business requirements into applications

• Understand, analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes

• Engage with Technical team to understand the existing applications landscape and identify the relevant data sources

• Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g. technical team and QA team

• Implement and adhere to timelines as determined by Project Management

• Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solution or workaround

• Work cooperatively with the Project Management and Quality Assurance teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are met\xef\xbb\xbf

Job Requirements:
\xef\xbb\xbf

• \xef\xbb\xbfBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Experienced with Agile and cross-functional team environment

• Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency and focus on deadlines, and highly developed time management skills are a must
• Being flexible and open to regular changes
• Desire to continue learning and improving

• Able to work independently or collaboratively in teams.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English\xef\xbb\xbf
