Required Skillsets and Experiences
Has at least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in: Defining business problems via in-depth investigation, and gathering of technical and non-technical information, outlining detailed requirements for a digital solution, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business requirements.
Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements
Experience in dealing with IT, Digital, Technology and business-related projects. Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
Analyzing various data sets and forecasts.
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Creating functional specifications for solutions.
Preparing product epics, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Conducting user research and interviews and understanding of UIUX.
Delivering digital products by applying Agile Scrum methodology.
Has good communication skills, and stakeholder management skills.
Has experience defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
