Responsibilities:

• Generate, analyze, and validate comprehensive functional specifications.
• Facilitate discussions and negotiations to align requirements among various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers in design sessions to define effective solutions based on use cases.
• Produce system design components such as use cases, business rules, wireframes, and detailed functional documents.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Undertake certification assurance and secure approval with EMVCo.
• Share essential insights and discoveries with the team.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify and resolve issues, and deliver greater value.

• Possesses a degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrates a high level of adaptability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Exhibits proficient writing skills for procedures and reports, along with effective verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrates strong presentation skills.
• Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• An advantageous addition would be 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role.
