Job Description

Assist the Team Leader with a proposed/developed workflow for the implementation of an Information System process for a client. Conduct a feasibility study on the client\'s requirements in regard to developing software requirements. Report as necessary on changes in processes and procedures as and when the need arises. Responsibilities and Duties 1. To help develop the business process for Software enhancements particularly in the Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 2. To document /maintain all SRS, and FSD accurately for all Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 3. To provide support for Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 4. To train/educate the user upon implementation of all Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 5. To review key processes, identifies and documents the gaps between user requirement and current output, and identify key variances in Sancy Healthcare Solutions/Applications. 6. To gather and generate ideas/solutions to customize the current output to ensure key variances and gaps are minimized/closed in clinical areas. 7. To ensure that the accuracy of the reports generated for the software output is verified. 8. To ensure each site complies with the requirements for clinical law compliance in each country in terms of policy and processes. 9. To assist Team Leader on any issues that arise on an ad-hoc basis. 10. To help in product testing and documentation. 11. Willing and able to travel. 12. Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and tight deadline. 13. Positive attitude, initiative, dedication, and a team player. Qualifications BA Certification, Healthcare Background (Medical Officer/ Nursing) 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare domain/Insurance Domain Working Knowledge of MS Office is a must and Certification in Excel will be added advantage. Strong attention to detail, clarity of thought, and the production quality content Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
