Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Perform monthly closings including accrual template preparation, a gatekeeper for aged accruals, and analyzing monthly profit and loss
Business partnering with sales, marketing, and supply chain team, drive profitability by product category to ensure target achieved.
Perform effectiveness analysis on A&P programs, promotion plans, and cost of manufacture to maximize return on investment.
Perform profit and loss simulation on new products and promotion plans and make launch recommendations.
Prepare Capex investment evaluation and submit a proposal for approval. Perform post-implementation evaluation on Capex.
Prepare, coordinate, and submit monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual business plans.
Provide business analysis and recommendation to management whenever is needed.

Essential Requirements:
A minimum of a degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in a variety of business, analytical, strategic roles in an FMCG MNC environment is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong understanding of industry best practices, financial processes, and information delivery trends
Proven confidence and proactive approach to think customer
Acute attention to details and ability to perform detail analyses when required
Proficient with the financial business process (i.e., P&L Reporting, Forecasting & Planning, Analysis of Change, etc)
Aptitude with business information systems (SAP and Microsoft Excel) and dealing with large data sets
Accountability toward process and can prioritize as well as deliver accurate information on time
Actively challenge the status quo to surface improvement ideas
Strong collaboration skills to work with other Business Analysts and across functions
Decisiveness and the ability to operate effectively in the midst of ambiguity and change
