Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Business Analysis cum Personal Assistant

to join our team in the

oil & gas industry

. This dual-role position involves supporting the Business Development team with market and business analysis, while also providing executive assistance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze oil & gas market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities. Prepare business reports, cost comparisons, and commercial analysis to support tender/proposal decisions. Assist in compiling data and documentation for bids, tenders, and client presentations. Track business KPIs, project timelines, and follow-up action items. Provide full spectrum of PA support to management (scheduling, travel, meeting coordination, minutes of meeting). Liaise with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Finance) and external stakeholders. Handle confidential documents and communication with professionalism. Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments from management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering

. Experience in

business analysis, proposals, or executive support in the oil & gas industry

is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis/reporting tools is an added advantage. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
