The ideal candidate will be responsible for all data mining and analysis of data obtain from sales, finance, business development departments and to derive a strong logical understanding about the business performance and present the final findings to the management. Primary Responsibilities Assist Trading manager in developing customer specific strategies; execute and track those strategies and communicate results both internally and externally (customer facing) Run ad hoc data requests and analytics support for internal/external streams. Support all ad hoc analysis/reporting requirements of Sales Planning & Analytics team. Provide accurate, detailed information regarding products, primarily pricing and profitability. Track sales and margin performance compared to goals of the business plan. Analyze historical data with various applications in order to determine the key business drivers and establish business strategies to deliver value to the business. Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting and analysis. Will be challenged to deliver insights and recommendations into consistent, actionable formats and responsible for communication of findings to the regional sales team. Design standard business reports and dashboards to provide insights and visibility into sales performance across multiple departments for Malaysia\'s leading fully integrated media group. Involve in cultivating standardized data management that is in line with business model and its objectives. Perform data reconciliation from various internal & external tools and validate the quantity and relevance of the extracted date by analyzing it. Effectively engage with other analysts and business owners to gather insights on process flow enhancement, market development and trends in the industry. Review accuracy and validity of the existing data, cultivate corrective actions to improve data quality and develops new strategies & processes to safeguard quality of data moving forward. Specification and Requirement (Eligibility) An Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in related field. Fluency in English language; strong written and verbal communications, Qualified individuals must have fundamental computer skills including experience using email, the web, and Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI Numerically inclined and like to work with data and facts. Possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills. Passionate and flexible about innovation and speed learning. High level of knowledge and understanding of Internet especially Internet Media i.e. Online Advertising Trends, Latest advertising technology, etc. With great persistency, responsibility and patience in completing tasks.
