As a Business Analyst, you will be the key person to conduct system study and design, development and customization, system testing, user training, documentation and implementation according to specifications, established quality and performance standards, within delivery timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in system study & design, development and customization, system testing and training, documentation and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Do research such as understand the business requirements and recommend appropriate applications and technology for same and design all data flow charts and diagrams of the processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform user requirement identification, produce comprehensive analysis and design for end user application. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze and organize the gathered information and put as the project requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensured all business processes are operating as per design and compliance with business procedures & control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare documentation on user guide and operation guide. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and review specifications of the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with developer on any technical requirement and handle the technical aspect of the project implementations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist all business partners to analyze changes in requirements and provide enhancements to all applications and provide support to all 3rd party software tools and maintain knowledge of all management process.
