Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Business Partnering with Local Sales and Marketing team to ensure relevant information is captured and reflected in plan/forecast. Full ownership to brand/category P&L and challenging underlying assumptions to ensure the numbers aligned with category/company strategies. Responsible for providing commercial insights which highlights key business trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization. Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks for the category/brand Contribute and lead business forward looking analytics, planning, decision making and implementation to facilitate sound business decisions and the achievement of functional and corporate objectives. Expectations of this role: Manage time efficiently and ensure all tasks are completed within pre-determined timelines. Ensure work is carried out efficiently with minimum or no errors. Able to communicate well with all levels and people of different culture.
