Business analysts (also known as a BA) help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, they outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements. They are most often engaged to work on IT and business transformation projects, but can also be deployed onto projects/demands in other departments too.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 SAP FICO to conduct assessments and discovery workshops, collaborate with PMs to execute projects while managing risks and issues and resolve business and technical challenges. He/ She gathers requirements & translates business requirements into user stories and functional/ technical acceptance criteria, and properly creates/ identifies applicable test scripts and scenarios.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Conduct phase zero assessments and discovery workshops
• Support Air Liquide\'s SAP FICO projects (process improvement, optimisation, migration, transition)
• Collaborates with project managers to execute individual projects, manage risks and issues, and communicate status to stakeholders in a timely and concise manner
• Translate individual business requirements into user stories and functional/ technical acceptance criteria and properly create/ identify applicable test scripts and scenarios
• Identify and understand compliance, SOX and regulatory adherence as part of requirements gathering Identify product features by business value, for development prioritization
• Grooms and scopes accurate product backlog, works with technical teams on system design, solutioning and effort estimates
• Resolve business and technical challenges to deliver on time, cost and quality
• Engaging key business stakeholders which includes gathering requirements and translating them into functional specification across APAC
• Delegate technical requests to relevant technical support personnel and ensure that issues are being resolved timely (support)
• Performing the role as subject matter expert for SAP FICO with assistance of external vendors.
• Identifying and proposing improvement solutions to enhance business productivity

Are you a MATCH?

• 5+ years experience with SAP FICO (preferably a techno functional analyst)
• Candidates with SAP Consulting or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experieare preferred
• Business process knowledge within ERP SAP Finance environment for accounting management, budgeting, manufacturing accounting and project reporting for statutory, corporate and management reporting requirements
• Proficient at business process mapping, understanding of internal control processes and cross-functional business process and risk identification
• Integration of Logistics processes to Finance within SAP environment is preferred
• Prior experience working with multiple business and IT stakeholders, and ability to translate business requirements for technical developer\xe2\x80\x99s understanding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
