Job Description


Responsible for consolidating the company sales process into one single process. Establish sales framework for multiple different product lines. Revamp the company sales and marketing materials. Establish B2B digital marketing and sales channel. Work with Pre-sales team for all sales related activities. Strategize with marketing team on business leads generation allow Business Developments team to develop new leads. Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking customer data such as clickthrough rates and conversion rates. Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which a project can operate more effectively. Communicate with respective department in the organisation to find out what they hope to achieve formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research. Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies. Ensuring the changes are made by overseeing the implementation of new technology and systems. Exploring how the organisation is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data. Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts. Proposing solutions to an organisation\'s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress. Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved. Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes. Strategise with marketing team on business lead generation. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree\'s in Business Administration, International Business. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to travel to attend client meetings and industry events as required. Knowledge of sales techniques and principles Familiarity with marketing strategies and tactics Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients) Experience in working with IT consulting industry is an added advantage.
