Role Responsibilities
Providing a unique opportunity to gain working experience in an international bank, the Business Analyst will be responsible in contributing towards enabling value in the form of services throughout service management and across various functions. Opportunity for cross-functional assignments to work with various team, to establish initiatives and strategies, lend expertise in enhancing process efficiencies, as well as govern services by effectively managing risks and driving the intended business value RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • A team player who enjoys interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment.
  • Detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
  • Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
  • Undertake data analysis as required in order to validate/challenge and refine requirements
  • Responsible to assist on the oversight, reporting, and management of deliverables to key stakeholders
  • Makes recommendations to drive improvement efforts and participates in through action plan coordination and support
  • Collaborate with technical personnel and work with process owners to utilize data collection strategies to enhance business operations
  • Ensure all relevant information is documented and updated in central repositories
  • Involved in project management activities for efficiency programmes.
  • Presentation preparation. Visualizing data to translate for senior management consumption
  • Utilization of soft skills such as communication, negotiation, relationship building and influencing in day to day activities
