• Understand BASF organization, Digital Hub services and work processes.
• Support and implement Digital Hub Strategy Objectives and Key Results (OKR) initiatives.
• Depending on business needs, your day-to-day role will include any of the following:
• Work with stakeholders to accomplish project objectives across regions or product families to facilitate the goals of the Digital Hub
• Analyze and process information and translate it into meaningful insights
• Track project deliverables, report progress, and manage stakeholders to meet the stipulated KPIs.
• Writing clear and error-free content for websites that reflect the company\'s voice
• Works with Digital hub leads to review creative strategies, develop concepts, and provide creative ideas on proposed projects
• Employs an improvement mindset to identify and define issues or problems that are less obvious; participates actively and constructively in brainstorming meetings where problems are discussed and resolved
• Truly enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others to understand, discover and recommend ways to optimize our product and improve user experience using data
• Always looking to learn and improve - independent self-learners who love to share what they find & thrive in an environment that requires constant growth and learning

Education:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, informatics, business informatics or in a comparable field

Technical & Professional Knowledge (mandatory):

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a related role
• Strong Digital mindset to accelerate BASF\'s Digitalization transformation journey
• Passion for problem solving and coming up with creative solutions
• Strong analytical skills to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Advantages if familiar with project management frameworks
