We are currently looking to hire for Business Analyst roles with following skills (but not limited to) :

• Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition), business process flows and functional requirements \xe2\x80\x93thereby acting as an interface between business and technology teams
• Eliciting and analyzing business requirements from various global clients for OSS/BSS framework
• Change management for both enterprise and mobility segments for telecom clients across entire BSS framework.
• Conducting root cause analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, impact analysis, defect analysis and problem resolution
• Analyzing and preparing Use cases, Process flows, Context Diagrams, Data Flows, State diagrams, etc.
• Designing High Level Solutions in accordance with the business requirements
• Liaising between the client, development teams and testing teams throughout the software development life cycle
• Proactively identifying potential solutions and presenting the proposals to client
• Providing support in Unit Testing, SIT and UAT to streamline the business requirements and the final system deployed
