Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with expertise in Temenos Transact (formerly T24)
to support core banking implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that functional and business requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage business requirements gathering for
Temenos T24 core banking implementations
. Conductgap analysis
and definefunctional specifications
aligned with T24 modules (e.g., AA, LD, FT, MM, etc.). Collaborate with stakeholders across banking operations, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment on business processes. Analyze and documentAS-IS and TO-BE
business processes and workflows. Translate business needs intoT24 configuration or customization
requirements. Participate inUAT planning
,test case design
, anddefect resolution
. Support implementation, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities. Work with Temenos consultants and internal development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.Requirements
Proven experience as a
Business Analyst in core banking projects
.Hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact)
- implementation or upgrade projects. Familiarity with key T24 modules:AA (Arrangement Architecture), Lending (LD), Funds Transfer (FT), Treasury (MM, FX)
. Strong understanding ofbanking operations
, core processes, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work withSQL
and basicdata analysis
for validation/testing. Experience inwriting BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and user stories
. Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management
skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Temenos Infinity
orDigital Banking platforms
is a plus. Prior experience inAgile
andWaterfall
environments. *Temenos certification
is an added advantage.
