Business Analyst with expertise in Temenos Transact (formerly T24)
to support core banking implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that functional and business requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage business requirements gathering for
Temenos T24 core banking implementations
.
Conduct
gap analysis
and define
functional specifications
aligned with T24 modules (e.g., AA, LD, FT, MM, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders across banking operations, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment on business processes.
Analyze and document
AS-IS and TO-BE
business processes and workflows.
Translate business needs into
T24 configuration or customization
requirements.
Participate in
UAT planning
,
test case design
, and
defect resolution
.
Support implementation, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Work with Temenos consultants and internal development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Business Analyst in core banking projects
.
Hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact)
- implementation or upgrade projects.
Familiarity with key T24 modules:
AA (Arrangement Architecture), Lending (LD), Funds Transfer (FT), Treasury (MM, FX)
.
Strong understanding of
banking operations
, core processes, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work with
SQL
and basic
data analysis
for validation/testing.
Experience in
writing BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and user stories
.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Temenos Infinity
or
Digital Banking platforms
is a plus.
Prior experience in
Agile
and
Waterfall
environments.
