: Define and own key performance metrics (related to cost, scale and service) and set up performance management cadences to evaluate performance of local markets Conduct gap analysis for each market with respect to KPI targets and create roadmap for improving throughput, storage, and service level Utilise tools for root cause analysis (e.g., 5 WHY) to resolve performance issues in local markets and put in place strategic programmes Benchmark warehouse performance across all local markets and provide recommendations for improving material flow, station design to boost productivity Support in design of regional Quality Assurance and Control programme for fresh products across end-to-end supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction with quality Set up inventory management best practices for fresh products across the region to identify and dispose non-conforming products. Share daily/weekly scrap rate with the markets and understand root cause of scrap Set up and standardise product specifications required to be met by suppliers across the region in accordance with local compliance and regulatory requirements Track performance of suppliers and partner with local markets to monitor progress and drive quality improvements Ensure all warehouses have HSE, food safety and quality management principle across all fresh warehouses using ISO 22000, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP for guidance Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines Min 0-3 years of working experience in related field with prior knowledge on warehouse management, quality management, supply chain management Proficient in MS office with experience in managing enterprise-wide management systems platforms to drive decision making Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic and collaborative environment across multiple business verticals Ability to engage and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across and outside the organisation which includes authorities, senior leaders, and ground employees Ability to present and communicate key insights in a clear and succinct manner to stakeholders from across levels Fluency in English and an additional Asian language (optional) to communicate with Asian market stakeholders
