Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in management consulting or within the financial services industry leading/supporting transformation and process improvement projects
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with direct involvement in BPR projects.
Strong knowledge of BPR methodologies and tools.
Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
