WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Bringing along leadership, expertise and knowledge of how advanced analytics, can bring value to the business and drive tangible outcomes by applying the right analytical solutions and operationalize the solutions within the different business units. The analytical solutions will cover areas (not limited to) Customer Analytics, Health Care analytics, Claims analytics, process optimization, Agency analytics, Digital Analytics, PS Tribe, etc.

To manage stakeholder engagement at Senior Leadership Team level and expectations to ensure analytics project drives tangible business outcomes, i.e. drive business growth, reduce costs and/or improve efficiencies.

To enable analytics within the organization to drive insight led decision making that is quantifiable with measurable values.

• To create a strategic analytics workplan to deliver against AIA Propel strategic pillars and drive analytics execution across departments in AIA .
• Develop in depth understanding of the business and having the ability to advise the business on the right analytics approach by participating in business discussions and presentations as applicable.
• Build strong partnerships internal stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Create and manage analytics workplan with the right prioritization in order to deliver what matters most to the organization.
• To engage the right stakeholders to ensure the right execution is implemented to produce great results for the business and our customers.

• Bachelor\'s Degree from a reputable university with 6-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, e.g. client facing roles, Project Consulting & Analytics.
• Experience in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Passionate about working with numbers.
• Skilled & polished communicator and end to end Project Execution skills.
• Strong analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving, critical thinking skills and attention to details.
• Able to collaborate with other teams to drive positive outcomes.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive business outcomes.
