We are looking for an architect for our integrated digital ecosystem. Your mission is to ensure that Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Zoho and other web accounts operate as a single unified machine. You will automate complex business workflows and maintain our Google Workspace environment to drive operational efficiency across our global remote team.
Key Responsibilities:

System Integration:
Design and maintain robust API integrations (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Zoho Inventory/Books/CRM) for real-time synchronization of orders, stock, and financial data.
Workflow Automation:
Develop custom Deluge (Zoho) and Apps/Scripts (Shopify) to automate order routing, returns, and supplier notifications.
Marketplace Tech:
Manage technical health, integrations, listing sync, and automate processes.
Google Workspace Customization:
Use Google Apps Script and AI workflows to manage internal tools for reporting, collaborative sheets, integration with external apps and task execution across Workspace files.
Data Integrity & Performance:
Conduct regular audits of data flows to prevent inventory/pricing discrepancies and optimize Shopify site speed/app performance.
Technical Support & Documentation:
Act as technical lead, resolving complex system conflicts and documenting all internal business logic and integrations ("Blueprints").

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software or business application development, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
Platform Expertise:
Proven track record of managing and developing within the Zoho and Shopify (Liquid and Shopify API).
Marketplace Experience:
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central backend operations and API connectivity.
Programming Proficiency:
Advanced skills in coding (Phython, Deluge); experience with Google Apps Script is a significant plus.
Data Strategy:
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and the ability to map complex data schemas between disparate platforms.
Remote Work:
Independently managed projects in a remote setting, utilizing tools such as Zoho Projects and Google Workspace.
