The job\xe2\x80\x99s location can be Cyberjaya, Malaysia, or Singapore.Role Purpose

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of software products for data quality tools, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance, and data analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Driving the definition of solutions, products, and applications that are fit for purpose both functionally and technically.
• Ensuring that solutions are delivered with the right technology and best possible design for the given scope
• Providing technical know-how for the deployment of data quality solutions.
• Developing and executing project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, to ensure timely delivery of software products that improve data quality.
• Managing the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact the delivery of software products, and proactively taking corrective actions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate enhancements or changes.
• Managing IT Services to ensure the delivery of high-quality data quality software products.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress related to data quality tools, including status reports, key metrics, and risks.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?Responsible to ensure that solutions are delivered to agreed scope and quality, in any or all project phases including requirements, design, build and deployment.Ensure adherence to Express business and IT standards, not limited to architecture, security, development, process standards.Work with business functions to clarify requirements & set the scope.Work directly with external and/or internal IT resources during the execution of a project.Participate in project workstreams based on role and involvement.Act as lead for delivery of IT components of global projects with full technical responsibility.Implement the right set of tools, framework and standards for IT development while promoting re-use.Provide regular reports of progress towards meeting project deliverables.Active participation in the project controlling and QA processes.Act as technical/product expert to guide project team members for the duration of the project.Do you have what it takes?At least 8 years of multi-disciplined IT experience including :

• Experience in design/architecture, development, testing and deployment support for medium- to large-scale projects
• Technical skills or knowledge of design and development tools (e.g. Java, relational databases, LINUX/UNIX operating systems, Cloud Solutions, Concepts of Data Factory)
• 3+ year of experience in a multi-national enterprise, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.

Advanced University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or similar experience/education.IT solutions development and implementation experience \xe2\x80\x93 proven track record for delivering complex IT solutions.Process knowledge: Solid understanding of the processes and metrics supporting the business.Highly customer oriented and technology expertise geared at implementing solutions.
