Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
o Assist in sales communication (English & Chinese)
o Follow up on client progress and report to management
o Arrange travel plans for the General Manager (flights, hotels, itineraries) and join business trips when needed
o Communicate in Chinese with the Chairman and convey instructions
o Prepare quotations, contracts, and related documents
Requirements:
o Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken & written)
o Open to Indian / Indian Malaysian candidates
o Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive
o Familiar with Microsoft Office
o At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Working Days: 5-day work week 9am -6pm
