The ideal candidate will assist in developing strategies, analyzing data, and implementing solutions to drive business improvement and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing findings and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategies.
• Attend weekly operational meetings to provide support, consolidate key points, and execute action plans.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting and Finance or relevant with at least 4 years of business analysis experience in a dynamic MNC
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (intermediate level)
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated, independent, versatile team player with positive attitude
• Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task
