What you'll be doing
1. Handling Client Onboarding Process
Collect & organize information from clients
Use Excel, Hubspot, WhatsApp to lias with client's requirement
Prepare onboarding guideline to client according to software SOP
Demo & teach client on the settings and configuration of the software
2. Documenting SOP
Submit ticket to tech team for any issue
Enhance the SOP for client onboarding and support
Make SOP simple, easy and readable for any business owners or user of the system
3. Customer Services
Coordinate with client for any support
Assist client with settings and configuration
Monitor and follow up with client for updates, issues or requests
4. Administrative Support
Manage office supplies and daily admin tasks
Arrange meetings, bookings, and visitor reception
Assist in department events and team activities
What we're looking for
Currently pursuing a Degree in International Business, Business Administration or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate cross-functionally
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in business operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Most importantly: using AI to get the task done properly
