Functional (job responsibilities)Drive Auto Sales Growth by proactively generating and funded auto business to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
Leverage existing Business Client networks to expand market share within the bank's target customer segments
Expand strategic business roadmaps to drive growth market share and penetration across BCS segments for PFS product (In-house referral)
Client Acquisition - Identify, approach, and convert high-potential clients through strong personal connections and referral network(Dealer)
Drive strategic performance to achieve auto business goal. Serve as the main contact point for client (customer) and partners (Cars Dealer), ensuring high levels of responsiveness, service excellence, and trust.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing feedback to management for timely action.
Collaboration - work closely with internal teams (e.g., Branch, Wealth, Retail, and Business Banking) to capture bundled business opportunities.
Cross-Selling to ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations, and support teams to deliver superior client experience.
Support management in shaping business plans, campaigns, and initiatives to capture market opportunities.
Deliver monthly performance target reports to show support visibility on sales momentum and team productivity.
Adhere to all compliance, risk management, and service standards to protect the bank's reputation and ensure sustainable growth.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)Self management of sales professionals.
Responsible to customer & cars dealer and fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Maintain team development and engagement
Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Education/QualificationMinimum 3 year(s) of managerial experience in the banking or related field is required for this position.
Experience in Client Relationship Management roles, High Net Worth client segment or equivalent preferred.
Key Skills & CompetenciesProactive and able to drive daily sales and operational performance.
Good in communication, interpersonal, presentation and basic negotiation skills.
Good product knowledge with practical market insight.
Good coordinate with internal employee to ensure smooth execution
Ability in Microsoft Excel & Word.
