This is why we need you! How do we work? We like to do everything in an Agile-Scrum/DevOps way. Our teams are completely product oriented, having end to end responsibility for a success of a data solution/product in development and in production. The day-to-day work is typically organized using Scrum, so stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, iterating on the product, etc. Like in any other company, it\xe2\x80\x99s not Scrum 100% by the book, but we try to live the principles of the Agile manifesto and have a culture of trying to get better every day, embracing failures if they happen \xe2\x80\x93 they\xe2\x80\x99re great learnings, too! About HR & Insight Squad: Our mission in the HR & Insight Squad is to provide insights into the DHL ITS Performance KPIs and metrics for Top level management in general. And we are focusing on reporting especial on the data and processes related to Human Resources. The team: Like our company, our team is quite global. We have team members in the Czech Republic and Malaysia and our product colleagues are sitting as well in Germany or else. To help us collaborate better, we are using tools like MS Teams, AzureDevops, Mural ,\xe2\x80\xa6You will find a nice mix of motivated people, passionate about technology, but most importantly, we are a team who supports each other even in tough times and who tries to make things better every day.
