Job Description
As the Business Controller of the team, you are responsible to be a sole contributor in this role, analysing the company finances, developing annual budgets and forecasts, and manage project cost controlling.
- Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA and etc)
- Experienced in project cost control, financial analysis, revenue analysis, budgeting, forecasting, project management and other related matters
- Must possess project experience from Construction, Energy, Oil & Gas or Property industry
- Manage internal controls and process improvements
- Solid communication skills
- Must have project based industry background - construction, energy, oil & gas, property
- Strong analysis and project cost controlling experience
- Possess technical fundamentals in finance operations
