About the Role
As a Business Development Executive at Swipey, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and close deals contributing to our revenue goals. Your efforts will directly impact our clients ' success and the expansion of our market presence.
Responsibilities
Identify high-potential customer prospects and generate leads to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to acquire new customers, which includes but not limited to
> Monitoring signals and customer intent
> Outreach content & copy
Owning & maintaining outbound contacts
Identifying decision makers and influencers in customers organisation and strategy to win them over.
Understand customers' pain points and propose tailored solutions, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Where required, lead commercial negotiations to maximize customer revenue.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process and exceptional customer experience for new clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve our product offerings.
Maintain an up-to-date database of current and potential customers using our CRM system.
What does success look like
Acquiring ICP customers, and improving this month-over-month
Directly influencing customers intent and improving conversion rate
Progressively reduce lead time to activate customers from onboarding
Requirements
2 to 4 years of proven sales or account management experience in a B2B environment, preferably with a finance/business/software product (eg: Accounting / HR / CRM software) or other related solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proven ability to prepare customised proposal for new customers and influence key decision-makers to achieve a sales outcome.
Passionate about sales and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong interest in financial technology and a deep understanding of the SME space.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Additional Plus Points
Have existing relationships with dedicated industry/business associations
Have existing relationships with a large number of companies that are in specific industry verticals such as e-commerce, technology, travel, education and distributed retail
Base salary range: RM 3-4K base + sales commission
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
