Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified
Certified Associate in Project Management
(CAPM)
orProject Management Professional (PMP)
to join us. TheProject Executive
will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects related tomedical services, events, business expansion, and research initiatives
. This role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient execution to ensure projects meet business objectives within the given timeline and budget.Key Responsibilities:
1. Medical Project Coordination
2. Business Expansion
3. Research Coordination
4. Event Management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
.CAPM or PMP certification is mandatory
. Proficient inMandarin language.
Strong knowledge ofproject management methodologies, budgeting, and risk assessment
. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with diverse teams. Proficiency inMicrosoft Project, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools
.Added Advantage
Experience in project management preferably in
healthcare, research, or event planning
. Experience inmedical or child development settings
. Knowledge ofgovernment regulations and compliance requirements in healthcare and research
. Background inbusiness development or strategic partnerships
