About Our Client


Our client founded in 2020, is a fast-growing company specializing in Fleet Management Systems (FMS) -- including car CCTV, GPS trackers, and Push-to-Talk communication services. In addition, TAXIECO provides AI-powered risk management solutions, enabling insurance companies to assess driver safety and policy risks more effectively.

Position Overview


We're looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager with strong initiative and passion for technology-driven solutions in the automotive and logistics industries. You'll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales performance across Malaysia and the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fleet management and AI risk solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging trends and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners. Coordinate with contractors and technical teams to ensure smooth vehicle installation and maintenance services. Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance, and provide actionable feedback to management.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of sales experience in the automotive, logistics, or transportation industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving business growth.
