Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners (colleges, corporates, training institutions, etc.)
Coordinate and support meetings, presentations, and promotional events
Maintain and update CRM databases, reports, and client records
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist with the onboarding process for new partners and clients
Support day-to-day business development tasks as required
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
Comfortable with travel (inter-city, occasionally intra-state)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
