Responsible for online operation of the company's various SNS accounts or use LinkedIn and join in various groups to promote and collect customer lists.
Organize customer lists in various industries and provide them to Sales Executive for follow- up and Sales Executive must feedback customer situations.
Responsible for docking with the sales team, handling/ response to customer's demand, contract execution follow-up and after-sales problem coordination.
Use CRM system (such as Salesforce/HubSpot) or google sheet to maintain customer files and generate customer service efficiency reports regularly.
Process the issuance of customer bills and payment's reminders and top up of payment every month.
Assist in the preparation of monthly business reports (sales/customer activity), and use Excel to complete basic data analysis (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Support to organize customer information (such as company basic information, transaction records, problem handling status) and other related work.
