Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience
• Preferable Male applicants (due to the nature of the role)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• PC literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Able to work proactive, independently, take initiative and adapt to fast-paced situations with minimal supervision.
• Mature personality and patience in handling various situations.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
• To handle all office administration, human resource, suppliers and tenancy related.
• Preferable with financial and/or banking (loans) related background.
• Creative, innovative, and strategic-minded in identifying new business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships with clients and partners.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales target and business growth.
• Strong analytical ability and effective problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking) in an organized and efficient manner.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes and fast-paced working environments.
• Committed with high integrity, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
