Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • For manager role requires 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment. Executive-level roles are also open to fresh graduates.
  • Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Identify New Business Opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new market segments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Industry Connections
  • Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote its offerings.
Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments to achieve business goals.
