Travel to job sites promptly to identify and assess for potential locations for new business development
Negotiate with the tenant/ property owner for rental within company pricing guidelines
Prepare tenancy agreement

Preparing necessary documentations
Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
