Guide prospects through the initial steps of opening a trading account.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and consistent communication.
Respond to basic inquiries related to account registration, platform features, and company services.
Arrange follow-up calls or consultations with licensed representatives when needed.
Update and manage client information in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with clients over calls and messages.
Self-motivated and able to work towards performance targets (KPIs).
Experience and interest in financial markets, trading, or investment is an advantage.
