As a Business Development specialist, you'll play a key role in growing and maintaining partnerships with agencies and anchors in the voice and live-streaming industry.
Responsibilities:
Recruit potential voice agencies and anchors through online and offline channels to join the platform.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agencies and key partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote campaigns, events, and app engagement.
Conduct regular meetings with partners to gather feedback, improve collaboration, and ensure satisfaction.
Provide training, guidance, and daily support to agency partners.
Support the continuous development of the Voice+ ecosystem by driving community growth and quality content.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Malay and English (both spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in the voice or live-streaming industry.
Has strong networks or connections with Malay hosts and agencies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Active and knowledgeable about social media trends and influencer communities.
Understanding of Chinese language is a plus.

Pay: RM2,565.91 - RM10,629.74 per month
