The Business Development Manager will be reporting to the head of sales and will play a crucial role to spearheading growth initiative within the industrial sectors.Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Client Acquisition and Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies and customer satisfaction.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Leading negotiations with clients, preparing proposals, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Brand Representation: Representing the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Several years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the construction or industrial products sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
