We're looking for a culinary innovator with a commercial edge.
As our Business Development Chef, you'll bridge the gap between kitchen creativity and strategic growth. You'll work closely with sales, R&D, and marketing teams to develop new food concepts, pitch to clients, and drive product adoption across B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present innovative food concepts tailored to client needs (HORECA, retail, institutional)
Collaborate with R&D to refine recipes for scale and consistency
Conduct live demos, tastings, and training for clients and internal teams
Support sales with culinary expertise during pitches and trade shows
Monitor food trends and translate them into commercially viable ideas
Requirements:
Proven culinary background (Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts)
5+ years in F&B, with experience in product development or foodservice sales
Strong presentation and communication skills
Passion for food innovation and customer engagement
