Key Responsibilities



Support BD team with administrative and project tasks Assist Manager in project management & timely monthly reporting Coordinate contract, invoicing & billing matters with Finance Consolidate project information and assist with costing & proposals Support business pitching and account servicing Liaise with Operations, Finance, Admin & HR for data verification

Requirements



Diploma holder and above 1-2 years experience in a similar/administrative role Experience in FMCG or manpower/merchandising agency is an added advantage Fresh graduates are welcome o Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia Strong written & verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Analytical, detailed, good interpersonal & people skills Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team Preferably possess own transport & willing to travel Able to work extended hours when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
