Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
Build and maintain business relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Identify new prospects and implement targeted sales strategies.
Present products/services to clients and partners in a professional manner.
Analyze market and competitor trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Marketing
Plan and coordinate both digital and physical marketing campaigns.
Prepare promotional materials and participate in marketing events (roadshows, exhibitions, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
3. Operations & Partner Support
Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure smooth integration.
Support the BD Manager in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.
Communicate promotional updates and announcements to relevant stakeholders.
4. Data & Reporting
Accurately maintain and update business development-related data.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance and trade-in program reports.
Manage distributor contract documentation and ensure timely completion.
Act as the PIC (Person-in-Charge) for ROS database management and account creation.
5. Market Insights
Gather feedback from retail staff for operational improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Great communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proactive, creative, analytical, and able to work independently.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Quick learner, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined.
Preference given to candidates with experience in data & reporting management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
