Job Description

As our Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for signing agreements between Lee\'s and the best in class restaurants / Hotels. Responsibilities:

• Business Development Executives at Fandbee shared service are responsible for driving B2B sales
• You should have a keen interest in the food distribution industry with a desire to sign up for the best local and international distribution industry
• Be the local market expert: monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management
• Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in-person meetings, and sell Fandbee shared service products
• Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently
• At the same time, you will become part of our international network and high skilled team
• You have the chance to gain an inside perspective of our fast-growing business by being responsible for the business from day 1
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and exceed goals for account retention, development, and maintenance

Requirements:

• You have successfully completed a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply or have at least 1 year of work experience in consulting e-commerce, start-ups or HORECA
• OnJob Training will be provided
• Well versed in English will be added as an advantage
• Strong management skills: manage and motivate your team in the field.
• Flexibility, Outgoing and confidence in their appearance
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
• You are very proactive and could lead independent projects
• Excellent English skills complete your profile
• You are an \xe2\x80\x98out-of-the box\xe2\x80\x99 thinker and want to always challenge the status quo

Job Types: Full time Salary: RM2500 (Basic)+RM450 (Fix allowance) +RM250 (Petrol card) +RM100 (Mobile Allowance) + commission Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
