Assist Business Manager in day-to-day administrative functions.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotation preparation, order fulfillment, ECN, Sales Contracts preparation and etc.
Follow up on pending quotations from customers.
Collect payments from customers and ensure they are prompt.
Focused on achieving sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams Control to deliver total solutions to customers.
Comply with rules and regulations imposed by various licensing authorities e.g. Customs, MIDA and MPKJ.
Job Requirement :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic to Intermediate knowledge), Microsoft word and Powerpoint.
Minimum Diploma level on business administrative or related field with at least 1 year experience
Clear verbal and written communication in English.
Marketing to foreign multinational companies with operations in Malaysia that plan to outsource part of their assembly activities and/or consolidate suppliers.
