The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and perform sales activities aimed at achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new customer relationships to expand the customer base.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding new projects, work closely with clients to understand their project requirements.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and collecting payments.
Prepare and organize necessary documentation, including cost estimates, tender submissions, and quotations.
Review technical documents such as plans, system schematics, customer specifications, and other relevant documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
Attend weekly sales meetings, provide updates on sales activities, and monitor project delivery status.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer needs, technical specifications, and market trends.
Plan and implement marketing and sales promotion activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
Travel to customer sites as required to support sales activities and project discussions.
Provide field support or technical assistance when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Job Specification and Skills
Possess a degree or diploma in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Good project management and analytical capabilities.
Knowledge of electronic, IT engineering, or car park systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,350.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
