Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive at MedCentral is responsible for the coordination and management of business diversification initiatives initiated by the Board of Advisors. In this role, you will collaborate with the MedCentral team, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure the success of our business stratification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting business proposal efforts:
You will be responsible for preparing detailed paperwork or presentations required to execute business ideas proposed by you or the leadership. This includes working closely with relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance, if any.
Identifying new business opportunities:
You will be responsible to assist the firm's leadership in identifying areas for diversification by researching market trends, understanding client needs, analyzing competitors' strategies, and developing actionable business strategies.
Applying and securing funds:
You will be responsible to identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities to support the growth and development of the organization. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with potential investors, partners, and funding agencies.
Enhancing current business practice:
To a lesser degree of priority, you are expected to help improve the firm's current business practice by reviewing feedbacks from clients, project management histories, task delegation documentations etc., and devise actionable intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (business management, life sciences: biomedical, biotechnology, etc.).
Any years of experience in business development strategy implementation.
Adequate knowledge in clinical research.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel for client engagement as needed (This position is fully remote).
