: Business Development Executive (Construction)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (HQ)

Tenure: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Reporting to: Business Development Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Support product-related tasks, including product development initiatives and technical coordination. Conduct regular customer and site visits to understand market trends and client requirements. Plan and execute product and branding initiatives such as product launches, roadshows, seminars, and professional demos. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Monitor competitor activities, market movements, and industry trends to support strategic planning. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimise brand performance and profitability. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any field. 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, energy, or heavy machinery industries. Strong exposure to the Malaysia market (local BD experience required). Strong communication skills in

English and Mandarin

. Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel frequently for customer meetings, demonstrations, and site visits. Possession of own transport. Comfortable working in industrial environments such as manufacturing plants, construction sites, and energy facilities.
