Job Description


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Client Engagement and Relationship Management Schedule appointments with key decision-makers to introduce Vending Machine solutions. Conduct site visits to present the Vending Machine proposal, emphasizing benefits and utility. Collaborate with clients on Vending Machine installations, finalizing utility points, and addressing technical queries. Maintain open communication to address client concerns and gain approval for proposals. Sales Coordination and Reporting Update manager with location survey findings for discussion and approval. Hold regular discussions with the group manager to review target achievement and strategize for Vending Machine deployment and recall. Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, including a three-month outlook. Contract and Agreement Management Prepare customer contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms. Generate reference numbers for each agreement and ensure they are properly recorded. Obtain necessary signatures, including that of the Branch Manager, before submitting to clients. Coordinate with clients to arrange contract signing and Vending Machine delivery dates. Operational Facilitation Collaborate with internal teams (technical, transport, workshop, and operations) to facilitate smooth Vending Machine installations. Prepare Vending Machine Delivery Order (DO) support documents, secure approvals, and hand over to the workshop team for Vending Machine preparation. Oversee the delivery process, ensuring adherence to customer requirements. Customer Engagement and Feedback Regularly meet with existing customers weekly to maintain relationships and gather feedback. Conduct customer surveys to collect feedback and identify areas for improvement. Update clients on historical sales data, machine adjustments, and other relevant information. Financial Management Monitor and follow up on customer payments, subsidies, and rental dues. Manage orders and payments related to table-top units. Communicate price changes, new product launches, and service updates to clients. Sales Strategy and Performance Set targets for Vending Machine installations, ensuring quality machine placements. Minimize poor-performing location fees while maximizing high-performing Vending Machine placements. Align new machine installations with item sales benchmarks. Communication and Documentation Maintain accurate records of agreements, signatures, and Vending Machine deliveries. Keep customers informed about product proposals, stock availability, and price updates via memos and emails. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record in business development and sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in the vending machine or similar industry is a plus. Willing to work in Kota Kemuning. One (1) contract position.
