Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE)



Key Responsibilities:



Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identifying and targeting potential customers who are a good fit for the company's products or services.

Sales Presentations and Demos:

Presenting the company's offerings to potential customers and demonstrating the value of the product or service.

Negotiating and Closing Sales:

Negotiating the terms of the sale and ensuring the deal is closed

Managing and Nurturing Existing Customer Accounts:

Developing strong relationships with current customers to ensure repeat business and

upselling opportunities

Customer Service and Problem Resolution:

Acting as the

point of contact

for any issues customers may face, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving problems promptly.

Achieving Sales Targets and KPIs:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization.

Maintaining Accurate Records and Reporting- Keeping accurate records

of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align on goals and improve customer experience.

Self-Development and Training:

Continuously improving sales skills and product knowledge to stay competitive in the market.

Sales Rep's Daily/Weekly Tasks:



Daily

:

Make cold calls or follow up on inbound leads. Meet with prospects to present products. Log sales activity into excel and update the sales pipeline. Address customer inquiries or issues via email or phone. Track orders or sales follow-ups for existing customers (auto reorder).

Weekly:



Review performance against sales targets. Meet with sales supervisor to discuss goals, opportunities, and challenges. Follow up on quotes, proposals, or contracts that have been sent to prospects. Provide feedback on sales processes and product features. Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with the team. Attend team meetings or training sessions.

REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's Degree in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or science-related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
